Assessment Leader ExamSoft Names New Chief Executive Officer

Dallas, TX - ExamSoft, the leading provider of intelligent educational assessment solutions, announced today that Sebastian Vos, formerly a senior executive with Elsevier, will join the company as the new Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Vos holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University and an MBA from New York University. He brings over 27 years of experience working with PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Timberland Company, Bull SAS, and most recently, Elsevier. During his thirteen-year tenure with Elsevier he held a series of progressive senior executive positions in the United States and abroad, with the most recent being Managing Director of Education for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America within the Health Sciences Division. In that capacity, he was responsible for managing business operations and product development, with a focus on improving outcomes for students, instructors, and deans.
