EDR Acquired ExactBid

EDR, the pioneering leader in property due diligence technology and data, and ExactBid, a leader in real estate appraisal technology, announced today that they are now operating together under the brand of EDR. ExactBid and EDR were both acquired earlier this year by Silver Lake Partners and Battery Ventures.

“Clients rely on EDR and ExactBid to accelerate innovation and development velocity,” noted EDR CEO Chris Aronson. “Operating under a unified organizational structure and brand is an important step in achieving those vital objectives.”

As the businesses unite, clients will enjoy the best features and capabilities from each platform. The resulting “superset” platform is poised to become the industry’s most advanced technology for data, workflow management and business intelligence.

“The scope of due diligence now encompasses multiple technologies, data types and participants,” according to Albert Lojko, EDR’s Chief Operating Officer. “All players in the real estate ecosystem have been demanding advanced workflow capabilities, data and analytical tools to meet expanding requirements. The integrated EDR and ExactBid platforms will enable us to deliver to that critical standard and help our clients achieve breakthroughs in risk management.”

The ExactBid teams from Chicago, IL; Plymouth, NH; Campbell, CA and San Luis Obispo, CA will continue to support clients worldwide under the EDR banner.
