Grubhub IPO on NYSE
Chicago, IL - GrubHub Inc. (NYSE: GRUB), the nation’s leading online and mobile food-ordering company, opened for trading today on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol “GRUB” following its initial public offering. Co-founder and CEO Matt Maloney, joined by members of GrubHub’s senior team and board, celebrated the initial trading day by ringing the Opening Bell.
