Parag Khandelwal and Michael Radonich Named to GrowthCap 40 Under 40 List
Spectrum Equity is proud to be celebrating two awardees on the 2024 GrowthCap Top 40 Under 40 Growth Investors list: Parag Khandelwal and Michael Radonich.
Both Parag and Michael are known for their collaborative approach, their fresh perspectives, and their commitment to building strong partnerships.
Parag Khandelwal: Awardee Bio
As a Managing Director at Spectrum, Parag leads the firm’s investment efforts in Europe and heads up the Europe office, based in London. Having spearheaded Spectrum’s European expansion, he’s continued to cultivate the firm’s international portfolio, having completed investments in 8 countries outside the US.
In 2024, Parag played a key role in Spectrum’s exit of OffSec, a global provider of continuous cybersecurity workforce development training, and international expansion of OurFamilyWizard, supported by the acquisition of France-based FamilyWall. He continues to lead Spectrum’s investment with Benchmark Mineral Intelligence, a UK-based company that specialized in pricing, data, and intelligence in the lithium-ion battery and electric vehicle supply chain; along with Spectrum’s recent partnership with UK-based cybersecurity company Netcraft.
Parag graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in mathematics and economics, and began his career as an Analyst with J.P. Morgan’s Restructuring Group in New York City. He joined Spectrum in 2012 and has been at the firm for the last 14 years.

Michael Radonich: Awardee Bio
Michael originally joined Spectrum in 2009 as an Associate and rejoined the firm in 2016 after graduating from Wharton Business School. Based in Boston, he primarily invests in growth stage healthcare technology, financial technology and vertical data businesses, including Payer Compass (acquired by Zelis), Datassential (acquired by New Mountain Capital), Spreedly, PWNHealth (acquired by Everly), SavvyMoney, and VBA Software.
Michael started his career in investment banking at Financial Technology Partners. He completed undergrad at Villanova University.
