Ms. Kitchen brings over 20 years of experience in developing research infrastructure, technology, data collection processes and quality control systems on a global scale. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Research at CoStar Group, the commercial real estate industry's leading information provider, where she led a 1,000-person+ organization with research centers throughout the US, UK, India, and the Philippines. During her nearly 20-year career at CoStar, Ms. Kitchen established CoStar's first field research operations and led the national and international expansion of the information provider's research operations. In addition, she developed integrated processes to collect and verify data from 10,000 interviews each day, resulting in over 5 million data changes each day, along with information gathered through field research, online research and surveys. Ms. Kitchen also earned a patent for developing data collection methodologies utilizing aerial images and map features.
At RainKing, Ms. Kitchen will oversee global research operations with a focus on expanding and enhancing the Company's research infrastructure and developing new technologies and processes to provide customers with the most comprehensive, actionable information.
