RiskMetrics Group IPO on NYSE
New York, NY - RiskMetrics Group, a leading provider of risk management and corporate governance products and services to participants in the global financial markets, announced today that its initial public offering of 14,000,000 shares of its common stock has been priced at $17.50 per share. RiskMetrics Group shares are expected to begin trading tomorrow, January 25, 2008, on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol"RMG".
The company has granted the underwriters in the offering the option to purchase up to an additional 2,100,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price.
The offering was made through an underwriting syndicate led by Credit Suisse, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Banc of America Securities LLC.
