The Knot Worldwide Welcomes Marketing and Consumer Technology Leader Carolyn Everson to its Board of Directors

New York, NY — The Knot Worldwide, a leading global marketplace and family of brands championing celebration, announced today that Carolyn Everson has joined the organization’s Board of Directors, effective March 22, 2023. As a Board member, Everson will help guide the company’s strategic priorities, furthering The Knot Worldwide’s vision to be the company of choice that takes celebration planning from inspiration to action.

Everson brings over 28 years of experience to The Knot Worldwide’s Board, including having held executive and advisory roles at global consumer businesses. Most recently, Everson served as President of Instacart, where she oversaw the fast-growth company’s advertising, partnerships, policy and legal teams. Prior to Instacart, Everson spent more than a decade at Facebook before the platform rebranded to become Meta. As Vice President of Global Marketing Solutions, she led 4,000 people across 50 countries and was responsible for over $60 billion in revenue in revenue. During her career, Everson also retained senior roles at Microsoft and Viacom.
