The CINC Story

CINC Systems was founded in 2005 by Bill Blanton, a third-generation banker and real estate expert who saw a critical gap in the homeowners association landscape. By taking community association management to a cloud-based, dedicated solution, CINC has simplified community management, and elevated association living.

In 2020, CINC partnered with Spectrum as their first institutional investor to support product innovation and expand its sales and marketing efforts. Since the investment, CINC has scaled revenue substantially, while making significant investments in its product – recruiting key talent across their c-suite, and more than doubling their full-time headcount. The company has also built out its go-to-market process, expanded their customer success team, launched VendorPay, and upgraded their tech stack.

Today, CINC is the largest solution dedicated to the community association management industry, processing over $7.8 billion in payments annually. The platform is used by over 600 association management companies, serving over 37,000 homeowners associations and over 4,400,000 homeowners.
