Chanel helps grow and develop Spectrum’s internal team of investment professionals.

Chanel joined the firm in 2022. She works with Spectrum’s leadership on the overall people plan and recruitment strategy. Additionally, she supports performance management, including annual review processes and professional development initiatives.

Prior to joining Spectrum, Chanel held recruiting roles at Liberty Mutual Investments and Gold Coast Search Partners. She started her career in private equity investor relations. Chanel received a BS, magna cum laude, from Babson College.

Outside of Spectrum, Chanel is a voracious reader, enthusiastic Pilates student, and passionate animal rescue volunteer.
