Coley is the Head of Talent at Spectrum, where she drives human capital initiatives across the firm and its portfolio.

Since joining Spectrum in 2018, Coley has partnered with investment professionals and portfolio company leadership to enhance human capital management. Her areas of focus include leadership assessment, talent acquisition, team and individual performance, board composition, organizational design, and compensation strategies.

Before Spectrum, Coley held roles at TPG Capital and Heidrick & Struggles. She earned her AB from Harvard College.

Outside of work, Coley enjoys volunteering, giving scritchy-scratches to dogs (including her own), and recreating in the great outdoors (eg hiking, biking, and swimming).
