Kaitlyn Veloria conducts market research for new investments and portfolio companies and helps develop Spectrum’s investment sourcing strategy.

Kaitlyn joined the firm in 2023. She is part of the Research & Investment Operations team, which is a broad role covering market due diligence and internal sourcing strategy.

Prior to joining Spectrum, Kaitlyn was a consultant at EY-Parthenon where she worked on private equity diligence studies and strategy projects. She holds a BA from the University of Oxford in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.

Outside of Spectrum, Kaitlyn relives her Oxford soccer glory days by coaching girls youth soccer in the South End. Her ideal weekend would include a road trip, getting out of the city, and chatting by a campfire.
