Kate joined the firm in 2023 after graduating from Georgetown University with a BS, summa cum laude. Time spent across different parts of the investment ecosystem — including at First Republic Bank and J.P. Morgan, and while raising awareness for the funding gap in women-led startups — sparked her passion for working with growth-stage entrepreneurs.

During her time at Georgetown, Kate competed on the varsity track and cross-country teams. She now channels her energy into marathon running, having completed three to date.
