Leah is a Managing Director and serves as the General Counsel.

Leah oversees the legal function at Spectrum Equity. She provides guidance for all legal aspects of the firm’s investments and exits, portfolio company activity, fund formation and general operations.

In her work with the portfolio, Leah is a source of advice and counsel. “I’m in awe of what the legal teams at our portfolio companies accomplish,” says Leah. “And I’m here as their thought partner and sounding board.”

Prior to joining Spectrum Equity, Leah was a partner with Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She received a JD from Columbia University and BA from Smith College.
