Mabel coordinates talent initiatives for Spectrum internally and across the portfolio.

Mabel joined the firm in 2014 on the administrative support team before transitioning to an operations role assisting Spectrum’s CCO, GC, and Head of Talent. As the firm continued to grow, she pivoted to focus on Spectrum’s talent needs including internal recruitment strategy and portfolio connectivity.

She holds a BA, summa cum laude, from UC Santa Cruz and previously worked at UCSC’s career center on the marketing and events team.

Outside of Spectrum, Mabel enjoys reading, spending quality time with loved ones, and long walks by bodies of water. She has a knack for keeping things clean and organized, so when she isn’t rearranging items within her home, you might catch her turning all the mugs to face the same direction at her local coffee shop.
