Maggie provides human capital support to Spectrum’s portfolio companies.

Maggie joined the firm in 2024. She is responsible for supporting Spectrum’s portfolio companies through executive recruitment, human capital development, and advisory network expansion.

Prior to joining Spectrum, Maggie led executive recruiting at OpenView Venture Partners and before going fund-side, started her career in talent at RevelOne, a boutique retained search firm. She received a BS, summa cum laude, from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Outside of Spectrum, Maggie teaches fitness classes at a local studio in Boston. Depending on the season, you can find her on a ski slope or enjoying New England’s beaches on the weekends.
