Mark joined the firm in 2022 as Associate General Counsel. He is responsible for new investments, portfolio company activity, fund formation and general firm management legal matters. Prior to joining Spectrum, Mark practiced in the Private Equity/M&A groups at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He received a JD from Boston University School of Law and AB from Bowdoin College.
