Mark is a member of Spectrum’s internal legal team.

Mark joined the firm in 2022. He is responsible for legal matters across the firm and its affiliated investment funds with an emphasis on M&A and deal execution.

Prior to joining Spectrum, Mark practiced in the Private Equity M&A groups at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP. He received a JD from Boston University School of Law and an AB from Bowdoin College.

Mark lives outside of Boston with his wife and daughter and their high energy dog and low energy cat. He enjoys cooking and photography.
