Matthias joined the firm in 2024. For his undergraduate studies, Matthias completed an international business dual degree at the European School of Business (ESB) in Germany and the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business in the US, from which he graduated summa cum laude. He also holds a Master of Science, with Distinction, from the London School of Economics. As a student, Matthias completed internships in the fields of technology investment banking and growth equity.

Matthias is an avid traveler who has lived and worked in four countries and speaks three languages. He also enjoys rowing when he gets the chance.
