Sav joined the firm in 2023. As an undergrad at Duke University, she interned at Monday.com and Summit Partners, where she developed her passion for helping software companies grow and cultivating relationships with entrepreneurs.

Outside of Spectrum, Sav loves yoga, outdoor adventures (she’s been skydiving five times), and Taylor Swift concerts. She is also a nerd about all things psychology and volunteers for a mental health text line.
