Sid joined the firm in 2024. As an undergrad at the Ross School of Business, he worked at Plymouth Growth Partners and Permira, where he developed a passion for founder-led software businesses.

Outside of Spectrum, Sid is involved with Minds Matter Boston, a mentorship program that prepares high school kids for college. Still riding high on the success of his first half-marathon, Sid has set his sights on a half-IRONMAN.
